At Cloud Break Body Shop, my personal training sessions aren’t just a workout, they are specially designed for you  based on sound corrective and functional exercise principals to meet your current needs. You will leave feeling stronger, energized and confident, not smashed and defeated. My goal is to build you up not break you down!

I have been a trainer for over 10 years and have diverse range of training skills allowing me to meet your needs while designing sessions which are enjoyable  – and most importantly effective.
